- Do I need an app to tip someone?
- No. Point your phone camera at the Kashi lanyard, tap the link, choose an amount and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. The whole thing takes about five seconds.
- Where does my tip go?
- Straight into the balance of the person on the lanyard. Nobody else touches the money, and they can see the tip on their dashboard the moment it arrives.
- Is it safe to pay?
- Yes. Payments are processed by our payment partner and card details never touch Kashi. You get a receipt for every tip.
- What does it cost the worker?
- Joining Kashi is free and there is no monthly fee. A small payment fee is deducted per tip to cover card costs, and it is shown on every single tip.
